Women’s Strawweight Luana Pinheiro vs. Angela Hill
Angel Hill has been fighting in the UFC since December 2014. She is 15-13 in the UFC but has never been knocked out. The only two times she was finished was via submission. She defeated Denis Gomes in her latest fight, rebounding from the loss to Mackenzie Dern. Before that, she was on a 2-fight winning streak.
Luan Pinheiro was undefeated in the UFC before she met Amanda Ribas in her latest fight. Before that, she was on a three-fight winning streak after an impressive first-round knockout in the Dana White’s Contender Series. The fight against Ribas was competitive and she would be looking to rebound with a victory, against Hill.
Bantamweight Adrian Yanez vs. Vinicius Salvador
Adrian Yanez was on a streak in the bantamweight division before he suffered successive knockout losses to Rob Font and Jonathan Martinez. After an impressive performance at the Contender Series, Yanez had a 5-fight winning streak in the UFC, 4 via finish.
Vinicius Salvador would be moving up in weight after setbacks at flyweight. Nonetheless, he is similar to Yanez’s size and has an incredible kicking game. Yanez lost his last fight via leg kicks and Salvador would be looking to exploit it. Despite an impressive Contender Series fight, Salvador went 0-2 in the UFC’s flyweight division.
Welterweight Themba Gorimbo vs. Ramiz Brahimaj
After losing his UFC debut, Themba Gorimbo has won 2 in a row with the last victory coming via KO. Gorimbo, who received a home from Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, has been on a mission to a champion in the division.
On the other hand, Ramiz Brahimaj is 2-2 in the UFC. He has never been able to put on a streak in the UFC. Against Gorimbo, Brahimaj would be looking to do the same. Gorimbo has been on fire lately but Brahimaj has the tools to get a victory
Welterweight Khaos Williams vs. Carlston Harris
In 5 UFC fights, the only loss Carlston Harris has is against the undefeated Shavkat Rakhmonov who is on the cusp of title contention. Of his 4 victories, 3 were via finish, 2 submissions, and 1 TKO. However, he would not have it easy against Khaos Williams who has never been finished.
Khaos Williams is 5-2 in the UFC and packs a punch. In his last fight, he won via split decision against Rolando Bedoya after a loss to Randy Brown in a similar fashion. The only other loss of Williams was to Michel Pereira.
Featherweight Edson Barboza vs. Lerone Murphy
Edson Barboza is again in the main event, again against a young lion. After successive losses to Bryce Mitchell and Giga Chikadze, Barboza defeated Billy Quarantillo and Sodiq Yusuff. His latest victory over Yusuff was particularly impressive as he was almost finished in round 1.
Barboza has 29 fights in the UFC. On the other hand, Lerone Murphy’s UFC record stands at 5-0-1. The undefeated Brit would be looking to climb the rankings against the veteran Barboza. He is coming off a decision victory over Joshua Culibao.
