“I am in the shape of my life - resultant of @joemdk doing my nutrition and fitness - and feel strong now I’ve come down in weight. I also have developed a really sharpened style, resultant of Steve at Sherfield Park.”

“With my little girl now being 18 months, I feel like I have managed to balance my training and fitness well this camp and have never felt stronger!”

Scarlett’s opponent, Aoife Connor, will be travelling from Belfast to compete - and Scarlett is embracing the challenge.
